A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section twenty, relating to
authorizing the board of occupational therapy to
promulgate a legislative rule relating to
administrative rules of the board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section twenty, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-29. Board of occupational therapy.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-seven, authorized under the authority of section
six, article twenty-eight, chapter thirty, of this code,
modified by the board of occupational therapy to meet the
objections of the legislative rule-making review committee
and refiled in the state register on the eighth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, relating
to the board of occupational therapy (administrative rules
of the board of occupational therapy, 13 CSR 1), is
authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Board of Occupational Therapy to promulgate a legislative
rule relating to Administrative Rules of the Board.
